Meet Joseph Speakman

Skillful, savvy, and unfailingly clever, Speakman is a breath of fresh air in the Central Ohio real estate scene. Speakman has a habit of turning the impossible into possible wherever he goes. He knows Columbus because he’s lived here his whole life. It’s where he went to school and where he built his business after graduation. Speakman started his career in real estate at the ripe old age of 17, at HER Real Living in Powell. He started out answering phones, filing paperwork, and taking care of duties around the office each weekend. He then began a seven-year run in residential new construction in both Columbus, OH, and Tampa FL.

 

Speakman resides in Victorian Village and has spent the past decade helping people realize their Columbus real estate dreams. Whether buying or selling, he leverages his considerable market knowledge and network of associates to create great client outcomes every time.

Joe has deep roots in our area and supports several local organizations. His best decision by far was adopting his best friend Tyson from Central Ohio Sheltie RescueHe is an ongoing member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Ohio and actively supports other organizations that work to promote human rights and equality. In his spare time, Joe loves to be outdoors camping and boating. He also enjoys wine tasting, travel, and football weekends at OSU (Go Buckeyes!).
